SHREE YOG VIDYA VEDPRAKASH ACADEMY(SYVVPA), The Yoga training academy is founded by Shreemati Ashu Gupta in August 2021 by God’s grace, blessings of her teachers and love and best wishes of her family. Being a Chartered Accountant (2001) and an established insurance surveyor(2004), Ashu Gupta wanted to guide Modern women for better living, hence the initial thoughts for wellness and awareness in modern working women and her own daily challenges of corporate and work family balance led to the pioneering idea of foundation of the abode of Yoga for health and wellness. A well-trained and certified Yoga teacher, she is an energetic and benevolent person also involved in various social activities, eager to inspire a naturally healthier way of living for everybody, from young to old irrespective of caste, creed or gender all around the world. She founded SYVVPA upon the ideal of her father Mr. Vedprakash Gupta giving back to the society.

With the true spirit of Yoga, SYVVPA has been instrumental in bringing about a positive change in the communities associated with us.

SYVVPA - Yoga’s increasing popularity is due to its effectiveness at relieving the enormous pressures and stresses of modern life. The Yoga training imparted has been found to reduce stress, reduce back pain, improve wellbeing and prevent injuries. As a result, SYVVPA is now being integrated into schools, hospitals, businesses, government agencies and professional sports. With the help of our volunteers, we have been conducting various online classes especially in these challenging times where all of us need to build strong immunity in our bodies to fight against various ailments.
